Hospital Stay: Feb 24-Feb 27

Our stay at the hospital could not have been better. The rooms were huge, the nurses were great and without the rattle room I don't know how I would have kept the boys entertained. The "rattle room" is the room named by Papa Tom. They had this awesome room full of different drinks, food, and snacks for family members of the mom and dad that were in the hospital. But the doors to the room were locked.....and to be able to get in you had to have the special baby rattle to get in. The rattle had a card in it that when you put it in front the the door it would unlock. Someone was always looking for the rattle and it was usually on one of the boys. Since RB was born at 12:26 am we actually stayed in the hospital one day longer since our "2 days" in the hospital didnt start until Saturday. We left the hospital on Sunday. It was a VERY cold day and there was still snow and ice on the ground from the snow storm we had. We came home to Uncle Ryan and Papa Tom in the yard putting up "It's a Boy" signs that Mommy had wanted but the hospital didnt give out anymore. After feeding RB I came out to the living room to find a banner in the living room with "It's a Boy!"...Speaking of that...it is still on the wall and RB is almost 2 months old...It might be time to take it down! But I loved my signs and it meant so much to me that they went out and got them for us.
